Before getting the funding from Tees Valley Community Foundation, we had already planned on taking our users out to the Bingo for some time out the house and out the support Unit. Tees Valley Community Foundation accepted our application for funds to get our users both in Hartlepool and Stockton to get them out and about every month.
Since we got this funding, we made sure to get enough photos to show our appreciation for the funding from Tees Valley Community Foundation. We took them to the Mecca Bingo here in Hartlepool. One of our ladies won 4 times! It is nice to see them in a different enviroment and seeing them out of isolation. We can’t thank Tees Valley Community Foundation enough.
We will be doing this every month for another 11 months, thanks to the funding we received, if you would like to hear more about it the blog post before this one will explain in more detail. Next month will be Stockton’s turn in being treated to an outing, we’re looking to take them out for a meal, there will be a post for this within June.
